Therapy provides a warm, professional relationship and space where clients come to feel safe expressing themselves, while challenged to question self-limiting thoughts and behaviors. My clients generally report improved self-esteem, lower stress and anxiety levels, better overall moods and communication.
My mission is to help my clients create the meaningful changes they desire through evidence-based practice. As a counselor I am humanistic in orientation and also trained in EMDR (level 1 and 2), Yoga (200-hour CYT) and Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I weave these modalities together to help my clients connect to what works for them.
