Hi, I'm Jessica. I graduated with a Master's in Social Work from Texas State University in 2020. Since then, I've been dedicated to working in community mental health, primarily supporting adults with a history of chronic homelessness as they navigate their transition into housing and the many changes that come with it. During this journey, I've had the privilege of helping individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more to create positive change, heal from their trauma, and feel empowered in their lives. I have a special place in my heart for those who feel unseen, unheard, and like they 'don't quite fit' anywhere.
It's really important to me that my clients feel heard, understood, and respected. You're the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you shape your life in a way that makes sense for you. I use approaches such as CBT, CPT, and solution-focused therapy to help clients understand their thoughts, find patterns, and create change.
