I am passionate about supporting adolescents, teens and young adults struggling with a variety of concerns. I have worked with clients individually as well as in group therapy settings and have experience working with concerns relating to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self- esteem and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA community.
