By walking with my clients, I can better learn the patterns of behaviors that are actively creating roadblocks to success and gently point them out in an effort to grow as a couple or individual. I have successfully worked with clients who struggle with communication issues, addiction, and unbalanced family structures to create a healthy home environment.
It’s important to have a therapist that can relate to you on a personal level. I strive to be welcoming, open, and non-judgmental. I am also just a person who has fought battles of my own.
