We work together to determine what is the driving force dictating the direction of your life. We focus on finding your strengths, purpose, and identity and use these to develop your skills in order to give you the tools to address any presenting problems.
I offer telehealth sessions, via a secure platform, which can be accessed through the comfort and convenience of your own home. Often the starting the process is the hardest and the most anxiety provoking step, and therefore I offer a free 15 min consultation in order to see if we will be a good fit.
