About
Whether you are seeking support for ongoing internal struggles, acute life challenges, persistent relationship issues, or looking to find more calm and balance in your life, therapy is often a crucial piece of our healing and growth. You are not alone if you regularly find yourself stuck in patterns that lead to anxiety, self-destructive choices, hopelessness, or unhelpful outcomes. I respect it can be overwhelming to even think about beginning the journey so I hope you are proud that you are here. I prioritize creating a welcoming space to build a trusting relationship because we all need, and deserve, support on our journey.
For 10 years I've supported adults, couples, youths, and families. I integrate a variety of informed therapy theories and basic brain/body science with a down-to-earth style to help us understand what may be going on, identify patterns, and make real changes. I use humor, authenticity, and empathy to create a safe place to balance warmth and challenge.
If you are ready to take the next step, I look forward to hearing from you. If you decide we may be a good therapeutic fit, I hope to help you define your goals and work together towards meaningful growth. I'll guide you through self-exploration and self-compassion practices, while offering an informed perspective to identify realistic change strategies.
