My name is Jessica Churchill. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth therapy services for adult individuals. I also currently work as an Emergency Department Social Worker. My prior experience working in outpatient, residential, and in-home mental health services has fueled my passion for assisting individuals in navigating crises, setting healthy boundaries, and practicing effective coping skills in their day-to-day lives.
I have experience working with patients experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, and many others including co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. In my previous positions, I have worked extensively with seniors (50+) and LGBTQ+ individuals.
I believe that empathy and connection are foundational to the therapeutic experience. I use a calm, casual communication style to create a non-judgmental environment for patients to process their experiences and problem-solve in sessions.
