I am a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in religious studies and graduate of Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with clients using person-centered, solution focused brief therapy, and faith-based therapy integrated with cognitive behavior therapy to help individuals recognize their strengths and abilities to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and improve relationships. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who have emotional, addiction, or behavioral challenges.
