Your body has that inherent wisdom. I work with women and non-binary folx, and fit best with those seeking something different from traditional talk therapy. I provide an empathic and safe environment in which clients who seek to understand themselves further can explore who they are, free from judgment or criticism, and expand their capacity to tolerate difficulties they may encounter.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and when indicated, I offer Kathy Kain's touch work in my practice. I am committed to offering a trauma-informed, nervous system regulation-based skill set for helping clients find safety in their bodies and connect more deeply with their essence.
So much of our suffering is due to being unaware of our life's true purpose or not being willing to follow it, often due to fear. I can help you create a better conceptualization of yourself, others, and life circumstances while facilitating the cultivation of a deep, lasting friendship with yourself.
