I see my clients as unique individuals, as I am a firm believer of meeting a client where they currently are and working together on exploring their needs and goals. Life is always changing, these changes, whether anticipated or not, can often create uncomfortable and confusing thoughts and emotions, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and emotionally vulnerable. Making the decision to start therapy is the first step in what can be a very difficult and scary decision to make. I provide a safe and comfortable environment to help each patient gain a better understanding of their needs and finding their full potential.
I have over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults, treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts and major life transitions.
I help my patients develop self-awareness, coping skills, mindfulness techniques and effective communication skills by utilizing a mixture of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy and motivational interviewing.
