Parenthood is a wild journey best traveled with a warm, supportive team. Frankly, a sidekick who understands your unique situation, believes in your ability, and is well-resourced with a dash of humor is what I offer. My job is to create a safe, affirming, and productive space in which you can process the stress that comes with any phase of the journey (fertility, prenatal, and postpartum). When it comes to your child, you are the expert looking for additional support. My goal is to help you meet the needs of your family by offering your child or teen a place to play, explore, and grow confidently.
I specialize in working with: - neurodiverse children (ages 7-18) - families looking to support their neurodiverse children - mothers navigating their postpartum depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges I an here to support you and your family through the ups and downs, creating a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and growth.
I take a personalized and strengths-based approach using mindfulness strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and narrative and feminist styles.
