One of her greatest strengths lies in her compassion, validation, and ability to provide a a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space which allows clients to explore their challenges openly and honestly. She can address sensitive topics with respect and openness, empowering individuals to achieve meaningful changes in their lives. Jessica is passionate about working with adult individuals, couples and tweens/teens ages 12 and up.
Jessica offers extensive experience supporting those facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, women’s or LGBTQ issues, coping issues, domestic violence, addiction, trauma, relationship concerns, and more. She leans on a number of evidence based approaches to help clients build emotional resilience and interpersonal effectiveness.
