THERAPY: I hear so much negativity in our field about work with people. But - I am amazed by some of the people that step foot into my office. I am in awe of their ability to smile through pain. I feel blessed that I get to share in their strong, resilience and desire to grow and change. I learn so much from them. I’m also frustrated with societies message that emotions like anger, resentfulness and jealousy are abnormal for us to feel. Sometimes they interfere with other parts of our life. These people that I encounter on a day-to-day basis are amazing, beautiful people. To all of them I say-

In this office, I employ leading treatments for trauma that use neural networks of the brain and associated energies in the body to heal your system the way only your brain/body know how. This includes Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Therapeutic Touch Skills and Somatic Experiencing.
Finding a therapist is a daunting task! You want one that understands you, will listen and won’t judge. This task often prevents individuals from seeking therapy. As an adjuct to the healing process, we are now offering themed nature groups throughout the spring and summer! Every month starts a new theme. Participants can sign up for specific months or choose all. Cost is $40 per week/$160 for the month. We are now beginning the registeration process. Please be advised that only 10 slots per theme are available. You will be notified of your admission into the group through MindBody online. We will create a waiting list once the theme is full. If there is enough interest, a second group date/time will be established.
