Do you feel that there are barriers between you and your meaningful life? Sometimes, therapy can provide the supportive environment, education, and the insight needed to begin eliminating these barriers and to increase the quality of daily living. My goals are to assist you in becoming more self aware, to provide a safe and supportive environment, and to work with you to create effective coping strategies in order to address the stressors, maladaptive behaviors, or emotional hurts in your life.
I have 20 years of experience working in mental health. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with various populations. My experience includes: addictions, mood disorders, eating disorders, self injury, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families.
Making the decision to participate in therapy is BIG! I look forward to speaking with you and working together to produce positive life change.
