I believe that healing is possible through the relationship that I establish with my clients as well as the therapeutic techniques I utilize in their treatment. I specialize in treating PTSD and related trauma disorders. I also work with depression, anxiety, and grief. I utilize EMDR, Mindfulness, Play therapy, and CBT techniques with my clients. I also provide parent coaching for parents trying to address challenging behaviors.
