I see you as a complex person living a complicated life, experiencing emotional upheavals that prevent you from feeling well & at ease and instead leaving you overwhelmed and distraught.
Though I treat all mood disorders, including the many faces of anxiety, I have had specialized experience treating patients struggling with eating disorders, young-adults making rough transitions, easing high-stress situations, creating optimal sleep habits, improving self-care and feelings of self-worth.
I truly understand how hard it is to rework your life and create one where you can thrive.
