I hold a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I have worked extensively with clients who deal with depression and anxiety; as well as clients who have experienced trauma, who are diagnosed with personality or mood disorders, addiction and dual disorders, and clients who deal with intrusive and negative thoughts.
