You do not need any prior art experience to benefit from art therapy- just curiosity and openness.
My approach blends: creative arts therapy, mindfulness & somatic awareness, inner child exploration, trauma-informed & strengths-based practices. Through creativity, we can express what words can’t capture. Together, we’ll use artistic tools to uncover insights, shift patterns, & support emotional regulation- all at a pace that feels safe for you.
Some sessions may look like talk therapy; others may integrate artmaking, guided imagery, journaling, or sensory exploration.
