I have worked in a variety of settings including community based care, inpatient and residential hospitals, and in the school setting. I have primarily worked with children, teens, and families, but support younger adults as well. I welcome the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a safe space for all.
I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities, but most often use a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral approach. It’s important to me to build effective relationships, enhance strengths, and grow resource networks.
