About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or frustrated with current relationships or situations in your life? Are you wanting to make changes, but don't know where to start? Are you needing help with your children or problems within your family? Feelings of depression, anxiety, guilt, doubt, or other difficulties can affect the quality of your life and your relationships. Are you struggling with adult ADHD? I can help you discover what you truly want to achieve from therapy and then begin working on your goals together in a setting where you are heard and not judged. I work with you to address a wide array of relationship concerns.
My specific clinical interests include anxiety, depression, adult women ADHD, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, parenting, postpartum depression and women's issues. I provide a safe environment for growth, independence and positive change. I look forward to working with you in a supportive and collaborative way to help build on your strengths.
Finding a therapist that you can comfortably connect with is important. I offer telehealth to help make it easier for you to get the help you want when it is convenient for you via a secure face to face appointment. The thoughts and feelings shared in therapy, as well as the relationship that is built are essential in the healing and growth process.
