I have a long background of working with people who have experienced abuse in relationships and significant past childhood traumas. I have also worked with many people who have experienced religious trauma or changes in their faith that have impacted their worldview and would love to help you with this!
I am EMDR Certified and an EMDR Trainer, so I have worked for many years with individuals who are working on addressing trauma and trauma triggers. I believe strongly in strengths-based and empowerment-focused therapy.
