Hello! Thank you for considering me as your mental health counselor. I typically work with people of all ages that have anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, and would love to help you reach your goals. I feel passionate about helping children age 4-18, and young adult women age 18-30 that have been in domestic abuse/violence situations that need support during those hard times. I am open and willing to help everyone in need.
I specialize in many different forms of therapy, and am certified in SSP (safe and sound protocols). SSP is using music to help “heal” the nervous system. I also pride myself in being a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and hope to help as much as I can.
If you feel like you’d like a mental health therapist that can be real with you, but also empathetic, I’m the one for you. I try my hardest to help clients feel seen and heard. I am here to help for as many steps along the way as I can be.
