I work with clients to build a therapeutic space to explore their unique individual and relational needs. I draw on individual and family strengths as the foundation for growth and positive change. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for my clients regardless of their beliefs or life circumstances. I have experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from all walks of life with their journey of internal and relational healing.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I see clients as more than just individuals but rather as a unique part in a network of systems including family, work, school, and communities. I tailor therapy to clients individual needs drawing from a number of techniques such as: Structural Therapy, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness and Narrative.
