I recognize the vulnerability it takes to begin therapy; thus, I take a personalized psychotherapy approach with each client while utilizing evidenced-based practices.
I have a passion to help those experiencing depression (e.g., postpartum depression, seasonal affective disorder/seasonal depression, dysthymia, anhedonia) and anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, specific phobia, panic attacks, separation anxiety, agoraphobia). I also enjoy serving those who have difficulty coping with life stressors and self-esteem concerns.
I have experience treating individuals across the developmental lifespan and particularly enjoy providing psychotherapy services to adolescents and young adults. I have an integrative style, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral-informed therapy (DBT) among other approaches.
