Our sessions are never rigid or impersonal, as I tailor them to your needs using various methods such as EMDR & CBT. We collaborate to get you unstuck, improve how you interact with yourself & others, and enjoy life again.
Therapy can feel really overwhelming and intimidating. My goal is to make therapy feel the opposite - we move at your pace, set goals that actually feel doable, and never dive into something you aren’t ready for.
