I understand how hard it can be to find help. You want someone to hear you, validate your feelings, and give you the tools you need to make your relationship successful, all in a nonjudgmental environment. I love helping my clients have healthier relationships. As a Gottman trained counselor, I can help you break down the walls that have been created in your relationship that divide you and your partner by utilizing research based techniques. I use the Gottman Connect assessments with couples, which measure success or struggles in key areas such as friendship, intimacy, conflict resolution, household chores, parenting & more.

The Gottman assessments create the treatment plan for our work together in couples' therapy. Don't worry if your partner doesn't want to attend couples' therapy. There are many ways to work on improving your relationship even in individual therapy. I often work with one person in the relationship with their partner cannot attend therapy sessions.

In addition to my Gottman training, I'm also a Certified Sex Therapist. Sex therapy is a specialized type of therapy designed to help individuals and couples address medical, psychological, personal or interpersonal factors that impact sexual satisfaction. I specialize in ethical non-monogamy, sexual trauma, desire discrepancies and LGBTQIA+ relationships.
