I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. My approach is collaborative and caring—I believe therapy works best when we’re working together toward your goals.
I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, and strength-based approaches to help you build confidence, manage challenges, and discover your strengths. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow and heal.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my family and our two dogs. I enjoy afternoon tea, reading thrillers, watching TV, and listening to true crime podcasts.
