About
Jessi Biffar is an empathetic and resourceful counselor that works with adolescents (17 and up) and adults, providing individual services. Jessi has worked with clients facing a variety of challenges including: depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and LGBTQ issues. Jessi works with clients on managing and understanding their feelings using evidence and strengths-based approaches. Jessi believes each person has their own definition of healing; therefore, a strong therapeutic relationship is necessary. Jessi uses client-centered therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy to help create this alliance.
Jessi provides services to adolescents and adults in a private practice setting using empathetic and evidenced based approaches to help clients better understand and manage their symptoms.
