My clients grow as they expand in awareness of their feelings and thoughts through experiential exercises. Creatively responding to difficulties with new insights promotes healthier living and improves the capacity for self-regulation. Mindful choices replace habitual patterns as people learn to pay attention to experiences in the present moment.
I have been working with individuals and relationships since 2002.
