I specialize in EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, IFS therapy, and Brainspotting for adults with complex trauma (C-PTSD), relational trauma, betrayal trauma, attachment wounds, perfectionism, dissociation, and long-term emotional shutdown. Many of my clients are high-achieving, high-functioning people who have been in therapy before but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They often describe carrying old trauma patterns such as over-control, chronic tension, hyper-independence, shame, or emotional numbness while appearing steady and capable to everyone else.
I offer extended sessions and trauma-focused intensives instead of hour-long therapy sessions. This format allows for deeper, uninterrupted work on complex trauma, relational or betrayal wounds, and burnout patterns common in high-achievers. I integrate EMDR, IFS, and Brainspotting in a client-centered, non-medical model at a steady, attuned pace.
I work with adults who have spent years managing everything alone, stuck between overdrive and shutdown, or who haven’t felt real relief from prior therapy. Ideal clients include those impacted by betrayal, attachment wounds, or chronic perfectionism. Private pay only. In-person sessions and intensives available in Farmington Hills and Troy.
