Hi, I'm Jess! I offer individual, couples, and group therapy to help people impacted by unhealthy patterns of behavior, particularly within their relationships. Some of the challenges I see include communication issues, unhealthy behaviors resulting from past trauma, repeated infidelity, addiction, secrecy and lying, and sexual concerns including problematic sexual behavior. Working from a client-focused lens, I employ an eclectic approach that is neuroscience- and trauma-informed, solutions-based, and draws from Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Somatic therapies.
My clients explore their underlying needs, where unmet and unexpressed needs lead to problematic behaviors, motivation to change those behaviors, and core values, visions, and goals to guide them toward a more fulfilling future.
Visit the BPB Counseling website and schedule a 15-minute consultation to share your needs and goals, learn more about my approach, services, and rates, and see if we might be a good fit. With our instant online booking, you can also jump right in and schedule your first session. I look forward to hearing from you!
