I believe that true freedom comes from transformation of self from the inside out. We are not on this planet to struggle, rather to find the courage to let our light shine. Narrative, experiential, psychodrama, attachment theory, brain-spotting, & acceptance and commitment therapy are common, but not exclusive, interventions I use. Inner child work is often part of the focus as our history is almost always showing up in present struggles. I specialize in overt and covert trauma, relationship struggles, addiction and just life.
