Relationships are where most of us find meaning in our lives, but connecting with other flawed humans can be a struggle! Especially for those of us dealing with relational trauma, neurodivergence, marginalization, or grief.
My goal in therapy is to create a space where you can be exactly yourself. With compassion and curiosity, we get to know parts of you that you may have had to hide in the past. The more you can accept yourself, the freer you are to pursue your purpose and your joy.
Our sessions toggle between deep introspection and practical experiments to try in real life. My modalities are all tailored to folks with complex trauma and attachment wounds, as these issues can make it hard to trust in therapy. I've been trained in IFS since 2019, and use psychodynamic feminist relational theory, attachment theory and somatic approaches.
My approach is warm, validating and playful. All aspects of your worldview and identity are welcome. I love to connect over art and pop culture, and I want to hear ALL about your special interests. Areas of specialty include LGBTQ issues, young adulthood, relational conflicts, autism and ADHD, grief and loss, trauma recovery and meaning-making in apocalypse.
