Are you carrying pain from the past that still feels present today? Whether you’re navigating the lasting effects of trauma, a stressful childhood, or a single overwhelming event, healing is possible. I often work with first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and other individuals who’ve experienced chronic stress, grief/loss, and challenging circumstances. I am also passionate about inner child work, helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been neglected, hurt, or silenced.

I’m certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a rapid and highly effective approach to trauma that can help reduce distressing symptoms without requiring clients to relive their trauma in detail. Alongside ART, I incorporate mindfulness and body-based grounding techniques to support nervous system regulation and increase feelings of safety.

I’ve intentionally chosen to keep a smaller, more intimate caseload and my fee reflects that. This allows me to give each of my clients the time, energy, and attention they truly deserve.
