I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families. I am currently working with adult individuals and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and parenting issues. I also work with individuals who have experienced grief and loss and provide trauma counseling for individuals who have more persistent unresolved concerns, including veterans and active-duty service members.
I believe that we all have struggles that can benefit from support from time to time. Using Strengths Perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and emotion regulation skills, I have seen individuals resolve specific issues and feel more prepared to address future life challenges.
