About
Looking to strengthen connection and not sure where to begin? My passion is to help couples, families, and teens work through some of the most challenging parts of their life, including marital concerns, improving family cohesion, self-esteem, and adolescent eating disorders. I will help you explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck while discovering new and effective ways to help you best reach your goals.
I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. I am specially trained in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for adolescents with eating disorders. In addition to these modalities, I use a variety of systemic therapies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.
I am energetic and will help challenge thoughts that may have you stuck or in a holding pattern. I connect well with all age groups, but especially teens, young adults, and those in various transition stages of their life or relationships. Call today for a complementary consultation. I look forward to hearing how I can best serve you or your family.
