I combine EMDR therapy and Ego States Therapy to help you heal from trauma and resolve inner conflicts. EMDR reprocesses distressing memories, while Ego States Therapy helps you understand and integrate different parts of yourself. Together, we work to release emotional weight and create lasting, positive change.
