In return this will allow you to achieve a sense of balance and ability to anchor your mind, body, and soul in order to uphold all of life's experiences. I'm trained in Perinatal Mental Health and work with both pregnant and postpartum moms as they navigate through motherhood issues and in coping with postpartum anxiety or depression.
I have been working in the Mental Health Field since August 2009. I obtained my LPC in January 2020 and my LPC-S in May 2023. I have assisted clients with issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, career, PTSD, grief/trauma, adjusting to changes, addiction, and family and relationship issues.
I believe that no matter what it is you are facing, counseling provides the outlet you need in order to process your thoughts and feelings, as well as enabling the opportunity for enlightenment and learning something new about yourself that you may have never known before.
