My evidence-based approach is person-centered, feminist-informed, and highlights skills-based interventions for change. I specialize in treating health professionals and participants in the Health Practitioner’s Monitoring Program (HPMP), challenges of young adulthood, mood disorders (anxiety, depression ), substance use, ADHD, trauma, and adjustment issues.
Building trust with someone new takes time. I prioritize developing rapport with clients to ensure a safe space that facilitates awareness, growth, and improved functioning.
