Hello! I specialize in psychological assessment for individuals aged 1-99. I assess for ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, social (pragmatic) communication disorder, cognitive/intellectual disabilities (including for guardianship), learning disabilities, speech and language disorders, personality disorders, and for bariatric surgery approval. I do provide therapy services as well, especially for those with a history of chronic and/or substantial stress (PTSD/adjustment concerns, C-PTSD) and for individuals with motor and/or vocal tics/Tourette's disorder (CBIT therapy), and/or acculturation/immigrant difficulties.
If you believe that something is "wrong" or "different" about your functioning, then you're probably right, even if you've been told that you're not for many years. Assessment can help determine your strengths and weaknesses to pinpoint what that difference is and give you documentation of it.
