Hello! I’m Jessica, a licensed therapist in both Illinois and Missouri! I have been in the behavioral health field since 2011 and have been licensed as a therapist since 2015. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, co-occurring disorders, as well as, various mental health and substance use disorders. I’m trained in EMDR which is a specialized approach to address trauma.
I believe in a very person center approach, meaning you’re in the drivers seat and I’m the passenger helping guide you.
