Hello, My Name is Jessica Baity and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a very peaceful approach to therapy and believe it is important to meet every client where they are at. I work a great deal with those who struggle with cultural adversities, Anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach is more of a narrative base approach. Therapy should be client lead and meeting clients where they are at. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Approach ( CBT) And Client Center.
Client focus is on those who may struggle with working through Anxiety and depression. Also, those individuals who struggle with cultural adversities, trauma and are seeking ways a safe space to cope with life's challenges.
Clients should expect to come into a welcoming environment to be able to share their stories. Using the first session to get to know the client and for the client to be able to ask any questions they may have.
