You don’t need to filter yourself or pretend everything is okay here. Therapy can hold space for the hard moments while also making room for humor, everyday life, and the little things that matter. I also offer behavioral health evaluations in a supportive, compassionate environment where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being you.
