I work with clients across diagnoses who want more than symptom relief. My approach is systems-based and trauma-informed, grounded in authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and respect. I believe in exploring the root causes of challenges while empowering you to build upon your strengths and values. I have been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for three years. This therapy pairs well with interventions I use to help you understand the relationships between your thoughts, emotions, behavior patterns and relational patterns. While not yet IFS trained, I am IFS informed and this understanding of ourselves greatly influences our time together.

I began my career in substance abuse treatment and then moved to a community mental health setting before moving into private practice. I have worked with clients with mood disorders, ADHD and mild to moderate autism, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
