My passion and experience lies in working with individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues, helping parents process the loss of a pregnancy, and individuals questioning "who am I?" I offer therapy services specializing in pregnancy loss, couples counseling, and racial identity issues.

I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT). I also offer coaching services for couples and individuals focusing on strengthening relationships and parenting. I offer the ability to schedule late afternoon and evening appointments. Maintaining self and relationships
