Processing the Pain
Processing the Pain is a weekly virtual therapy group for individuals grieving pregnancy loss, including miscarriage and stillbirth. This 90-minute group offers a confidential, supportive space to process emotions that are often misunderstood or minimized. Sessions are clinician-facilitated and include open discussion, gentle reflection, and coping tools. Participants may share as much or as little as they feel comfortable—listening is always welcome. The group is inclusive of all genders, identities, and paths to parenthood, whether the loss was recent or occurred in the past. Fee: $40 per session.
