Most of my experience is in women’s issues and perinatal mental health, where I support clients navigating the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and related transitions. I also specialize in helping adults and adolescents facing substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My approach is client-centered, focusing on empowering individuals with tools to better manage their mental health and tackle life’s stressful situations.
I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and hold certification in Clinical Hypnosis from the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis. My training spans several evidence-based modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with family, and practicing yoga to stay balanced and grounded.
