Individual therapy: I specialize in helping people heal from difficult, sometimes traumatic, experiences and giving them tools to build a life they're excited to live. Individuals learn skills to take better care of themselves, create healthy boundaries, respect boundaries set by others, and balance harmful extremes in feelings, thinking, and behavior.
Family therapy and Parenting: Reunification therapy/repair work, navigating divorce/separation, co-parenting with an unsupportive partner, families impacted by mental illness, parenting difficult teens, parenting children with behavioral challenges, parenting as a survivor of poor parenting, foster and adoptive parents
