After 15 years in high volume settings, I built a practice that is intentionally small, providing highly personalized, responsive, and flexible care to individuals and families. I aim to accommodate same or next-day appointments and offer between-session coaching/skills reinforcement for additional support. I'm here for you.
Through family therapy & parent coaching, I help people manage areas of conflict and build healthier connections with new possibilities. Areas of focus include: reunification/apology & repair work, divorce/separation, co-parenting, mental illness & SUD in families, behavior challenges, parenting as a survivor of poor parenting, and foster/adoptive families.
Individually, I help people of all ages overcome difficult, sometimes traumatic, experiences and give them tools to build lives they're excited for. Individuals learn skills to better care for themselves, maintain healthy boundaries, and balance extreme emotions, thinking, and behavior.
