CURRENT limited openings. Anxiety, depression, self doubt, and daily stress can be so pervasive. Does the stress of daily life feel anxiety provoking and overwhelming? It may feel like it's getting harder to thrive and telling people “no” feels hard or unmanageable. You may feel like you are alone, isolated and that you can’t talk with the people in your life about these issues. I want to help you figure some of this out, to learn to love and thrive in life again.
Online counseling includes telehealth and/or phone formats which are perfect for busy people. Telehealth is much like Skype (but on a secure platform) and we can work together to determine the best way to meet your needs. You only need a smart phone or video capability on your computer. Phone sessions are convenient and can be completed from anywhere.
