My belief is a that the therapeutic process is founded on safety. This supports the exploration and expression into ourselves openly. If you are navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression or forms of uncertainty it's essential to find a space where you can be unapologeticticly yourself. I am Pre-Licensed Clinician and Art Therapist specializing in trauma- informed care using pscyhodynamic, person-centered and art therapy as part of my treatment approach. I come from a clinical background in psychiatric care (inpatient & outpatient) settings ranging across lifespan, followed by longterm outpatient individual care.
I offer a space for exploration and integration of creative expression with insight into the body and mind, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
